Immortal Band - Black Metal
The least talent of the Norwegian 'big four' of black metal, Immortal are best known for their overrated disaster piece Pure Holocaust and the laughable joke At the Heart of Winter, where Abbath and company channel their inner Iron Maidens to embarrass yet again the black metal genre. Somewhere between the two train-wrecks, Immortal released the passable death metal album Blizzard Beasts.
